Iron Blu is a chelated form of iron, making it easier to tolerate by the digestive system. Iron Blu is easily absorbed and it is unlikely to cause constipation or GI upset. This product is often combined with Buffered Vitamin C or C Crystals which potentiate the absorption of iron.
