Favorite Breakfast Treat
Squish Foods sweet potato waffles are one of my favorite treats to start my day. Squish uses clean ingredients and it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. They taste great with almond butter. Squish is also local to Atlanta, which is where I live, and it’s female-owned. I love all their products but the sweet potato waffles are my favorite!
Favorite Way to Start the Day
Something that centers me is stretching and meditation. Meditation is one of my non-negotiables. It keeps me grounded and my mind clear. It’s the key to my best self. Stretching not only creates body awareness but it’s part of the long game of aging well. It maintains your range of motion, improves circulation, and reduces your risk of injury. Favorite Work Out
I’m a Pilates girl and in my opinion, the Lagree method is a perfect workout. It’s intense but still low impact. My favorite places to take Pilates are Stellar Bodies, Sculpthouse, and SLT when I’m in NYC.

As a functional medicine provider, I probably don’t have to tell you how much I believe in holistic approaches to health. I absolutely love visiting Vivicare Chiropractic and Wellness Center. Dr. Nicole Williams is my dear friend and brilliant colleague. She helps maintain my spinal alignment using special techniques including massage, heat, electrical stimulation, as well as gentle manipulation.
Favorite Longevity Treatment
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a pressurized chamber that allows higher oxygen saturation in the blood. As a result, it has impressive healing effects. After an hour or so in the HBOT chamber, I take our NAD melts or treat myself to an infusion (if I have time!). NAD plays a crucial role in maintaining DNA integrity to ensure proper cell function, which helps protect our bodies from aging and disease.
My favorite collagen is by Sports Research. I love the amino acid line up and protein in the low calorie scoop that dissolves well in my morning matcha. There’s not a strange taste, and it really makes a difference with my skin and joints.
Where do I start? I love them all, but the one I cannot live without is MOTSc. This mitochondrial peptide gives me energy to live life to the fullest!
