1 medium Banana
3/4 cup Almond Butter
1/2 cup of organic Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Coconut Flour
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt
1/3 cup of Nuts of your choice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Grease an 8×8 square baking tray with a cooking oil of your choice (coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, etc. will all work beautifully).
Blend banana, almond butter, pumpkin, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and fold in the dry ingredients coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
Pour the batter into your baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until you can poke the center with a knife and it comes out clean. Allow the bars to cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
