10 Pitted Dates
3 Tablespoons Almond Butter
1 Cup Cacao Chips
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Split a date in half and spread about a teaspoon of almond butter on one half. Place the top half back on like a sandwich. Melt cacao nibs and coconut oil in a saucepan then roll the almond butter date until it’s completely coated. Place the date on a tray lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer.
