As a group of wellness aficionados, one of our favorite pastimes is discussing new products, knowledge, and routines that we feel are truly worth our time and resources. Naturally, we wanted to share our current obsessions with our audience and our community.
Here are a few of our favorites right now.

These protein pancakes are our latest fixation.
- ½ cup old-fashioned Oats
- 1 scoop of Protein Powder
- 1 egg or vegan Flax Egg
- ⅓ cup of Water or Almond Milk
- ½ cup of Pumpkin Puree
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil
- Berries, Honey, or Maple Syrup for toppings
Combine everything but the toppings into a bowl. Heat a skillet and add coconut oil. Pour the mixture into the skillet, ½ cup at a time. When the pancake begins to bubble, flip and then cook for about 2 more minutes. Serve with berries, honey, or maple syrup.

What We’re Buying
We love Celluma LED light therapy. Celluma is a medical device that uses blue, red, and near-infrared light to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. It helps with a variety of skin conditions, pain, and inflammation. It kills acne-causing bacteria, promotes collagen production, and improves the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and scars.
Celluma is used by healthcare professionals but can also be used at home with a prescription from a healthcare provider. It is a non-invasive, pain-free treatment that typically takes about 30 minutes.
What We’re Doing
Our current workout of choice is Lagree. Lagree is a fitness method done on a Megaformer, and it incorporates elements of Pilates, cardio, and strength training for a full-body workout. It’s low impact, cardio, and great for building core strength. It’s a challenging, effective, and efficient workout.
What We’re Taking
We’re fascinated by BPC-157, which stands for Body Protective Complex. Your body’s own BPC diminishes with age and stress so BPC-157 is a man-made oral peptide that has been shown to improve and repair damaged tissue in the digestive tract as well as in muscles, ligaments, and tendons. BPC-157 promotes healing throughout the body, and it may be taken with other supplements such as L-glutamine for serious gut repair.
A healthy gut is key to balancing the mind-body connection. Make an appointment with your healthcare provider to find out if this is the right supplement for you.
